Refund policy

Cancellation Policy 

  • One can cancel the PREPAID order by sending us an email at support@drfanas.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • For Prepaid Orders, Rs 100 will be charged as cancellation charges during the refund process.
    For COD Orders, Reward points will be deducted from the customer’s account which is equal to Rs 100
  • If a Prepaid International order is cancelled, the customer is responsible for 5% exchange fees on the total value of the order, and the balance would be refunded to the original account.
  • Order once dispatched from our warehouse, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • In case of rare occasions where your order is cancelled due to non-availability of stocks for over 30 working days, the full amount would be refunded back to the original payment method, and an email would be sent to you for the same.  
  • Orders cannot be altered once they are placed, they can only be cancelled, and you need to place a new order.
  • Any order cancellation request will be processed only via email. Please drop an email to support@drfanas.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Rejection at Final Destination:

  • If an order is rejected during delivery, our system will cancel the order when it reaches back to our warehouse.
  • For prepaid domestic orders, a refund will be initiated by debiting Rs 100 towards cancellation charges, and the balance will be refunded and credited to the same payment instrument within 7-10 business days.
  • COD orders shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actual and reward points will be deducted from the customer account

Return Policy

  • Returns are permitted within three days of delivery, as long as the item is unsused, sealed and not damaged. Please drop us an email at support@drfanas.com within 72 hours of delivery. 

    Important Note for Damage Claims
    To process a refund for any damaged item, please take a clear video while unboxing the parcel. The video must show the parcel from all sides before opening and clearly capture the damage during unboxing.
    Without this video proof, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged and after ensuring that the product is sealed and not damaged, refund will be processed.
  • Kindly note that a deduction of INR 100 will be made for reverse pickup from the total refund amount.
  • In case of rare occasions where you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at support@drfanas.com within 24 hours of delivery and team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
  • No exchange or return can be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color variations. (The scent and color of organic ingredients may vary from harvest to harvest depending on environmental and soil conditions.)
  • We highly recommend checking the ingredients list in case of known allergies and performing a patch test prior to use to check for unknown allergies.

We don’t accept returns , which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
